Scope

 

To face our constant growth, we are currently actively looking for a Laboratory Analyst – Molecular biology & biochemistry.

You will work on innovative biopharmaceutical products under development (preclinical and clinical phases).

You will work in a team involved in Quality Assistance in-house analytical development projects.

Those projects are related to the development, validation and/or application of analytical methods based on a protocol for the characterisation and quality control of (bio)molecules.

Your mission

As a Laboratory Analyst -  Molecular biology & biochemistry you will be:

  • Ensuring daily routine analysis applying analytical methods, based on a protocol.

  • Validating analytical methods under supervision of the technical leader

  • Processing data

  • Writing reports and associated supporting documents

  • Verifying data generated by other analysts of the team

Depending on your skills and ambitions, progression in the job is possible.

Profile

Master's degree / Engineer, specialisation Biology or Biochemistry

Required

  • Very good theoretical knowledge and practical experience of Gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE, IEF, agarose),

  • UV/visible spectrometry.

  • Working experience in a regulated environment

  • Knowledge of the biological medicinal products (mAbs, ADCs, proteins, recombinant peptides) and regulations associated (EMA and FDA)

  • In addition to proficiency in French, good command of English

  • First experience in development, validation and application of analytical methods

Pluses

  • Theorical knowledge and practical experience of Real time PCR and Western blot.

  • Theorical knowledge and practical experience Assays by microplate spectrophotometer (ELISA)

  • Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP environment is a plus

  • Knowledge in microbiology
