To face our constant growth, we are currently actively looking for a Laboratory Scientist - Chromatography.

You will work on innovative (bio)pharmaceutical products under development (non-clinical and clinical phases).

Quality Assistance works on innovative medicinal products under development (preclinical and clinical phases). The projects are on the development, validation and/or application of analytical methods for the characterisation and quality control of NCEs.

Your mission

You will report to the Technical Leader.

You will be part of a team of 6 people.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Performing daily laboratory activities related to method development, validation and application depending on the client project

    • Performing analyses

    • Processing data

    • Writing reports and associated supporting documents

    • Presenting/discussing results

    • Validating raw date

    • Validating experimental results and ensuring protocols are respected

  • Applying methods for QC and stability studies

  • Communicating with clients

  • Training team members and others on technical skills if needed


Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, specialisation in analytics


  • Relevant working experience in a similar position in the development and validation of analytical methods

  • Working experience in a regulated environment

  • Very good writing skills both in French and English (writing scientific documents, reports, protocols and mails)

  • Relevant working experience with the following techniques: HPLC, (U)HPLC and/or Gas Chromatography


  • Knowledge of Empower

  • Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a GMP environment
