Satisfaction survey

The satisfaction of our customers is the best way to measure the efficiency of our organisation.
We therefore send, with each analytical report, a satisfaction survey form to the project manager in order to have his/her opinion on the following parameters:

  • Time taken to issue quotation
  • Scientific and technical expertise
  • Quality Assurance
  • Respect of deadlines
  • Respect of budget
  • Quality of project management
  • Quality of reports (format)
  • Quality of reports (content)

Once filled in, the document is sent to Nathalie DRAUX, Chief Operations Officer, who, if he thinks it necessary, asks for internal investigations to be carried out and immediate actions to be taken.

Here is the yearly average at the end of December 2016 : 8.66/10
