To face our constant growth, we are currently looking for a Lab Equipment Qualification Team Leader.

You will be part of a team of 12 people involved in all laboratory equipment installation, qualification and maintenance.  

Your mission

You will report to the Qualification Manager

You will manage a team of 5 Qualification Technicians.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Managing all HR aspects such as:

    • Participation to selection interviews

    • Staff evaluation

    • Ensuring monthly coaching meeting with staff members

    • Staff training

  • Co-ordinating projects and resources according to defined priorities

    • Planning of team activities

    • Technical troubleshooting

    • Verifying and validating reports

    • Managing documentation follow-up including SOPs updates

    • Validating analysis reports

  • Participating to new lab equipment purchase (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)

  • Being the point of contact for internal clients regarding lab equipment availability.

Your profile

Bachelor or Master’s degree in (Bio)chemistry


  • Relevant working experience in Lab Equipment Qualification in a GMP environment

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Good reading comprehension of English


  • First experience in people management
