Whistleblowing

QUALITY ASSISTANCE S.A. conducts its activities with integrity and ethics.

The company ensures that all its collaborators have the possibility of reporting, under the conditions and according to the procedures described in its Policy, any violation of legal and regulatory standards, when these are observed within the company, and to do so in the most serene and secure manner possible, so that breaches which could damage its interests can be avoided or corrected.

Its Policy has been written and adopted in accordance with the Law of 28 November 2022 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union or national law found within a legal entity in the private sector, which transposes European Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

The notion of "Collaborators" within the meaning of the Policy encompasses all workers (full-time, part-time, blue-collar, white-collar), shareholders, directors, officers, and managers, as well as independent contractors providing services to Quality Assistance on a recurring basis.

Anyone who has reasonable suspicions of an infringement should report it without delay either by telephone on +32 71 890 177 or via the address whistleblowing@quality-assistance.be.
