KingFisher Flex purification system
The KingFisher Flex is an automated system designed to process nucleic acids, proteins and cell samples efficiently. It delivers rapid and reproducible purification across a wide volume range using 24‑ or 96‑well formats. With predefined and customisable protocols, it supports high‑quality sample preparation for various laboratory workflows.

Applications
The KingFisher Flex can be used to:
- Quantify residual host cell DNA (CHO, E.coli, HEK…) or host cell proteins (CHO HCP or protein A) in pharmaceutical products
- Detect mycoplasma contamination in biotherapeutics or culture supernatants
- Digest proteins for HPLC and MS peptide mapping
- Isolate specific cell populations (CD8+, CD4+ T‑cells, regulatory T‑cells, monocytes…) from PBMCs or directly from blood
- Purify samples by immunoprecipitation prior to mass spectrometric analyses
