[📑 New poster – A novel trypsin for accurate characterisation of biotherapeutic proteins with peptide mapping]

🤝 Together with Promega Corporation , QUALITY ASSISTANCE S.A. has studied the advantages of the 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐩𝐬𝐢𝐧 compared to commercially available trypsins, which can cause interfering peaks in QC and lead to unwanted investigations.

This poster demonstrates that the use of new trypsin significantly 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 as

① it suppresses non-specific, chymotryptic-like cleavages
② it efficiently digests proteolytically resistant cleavage sites (when mixed with Lys-C)
③ it allows an effective and accurate characterisation of deamidation (when AccuMAP™ kit is supplemented with new trypsin)
