⏩ the 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 for peptide mapping, impacts the process, identifying its limitations like non-specific cleavage activity and autoproteolysis
