Sabine Leclercq

Sabine Leclercq is the founder of Leclercq Biopharma Consulting, providing strategic consulting and support in pharmaceutical CMC. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, gained through global leadership roles at GSK, UCB and Baxter. Her expertise spans CMC for vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and small molecules. Sabine has successfully led large and global CMC organizations, managing teams of over 1000 people.

Her experience covers drug substance, drug product and analytical development across multiple modalities, clinical manufacturing, global outsourcing strategy, and the digital transformation of CMC and R&D organisations. As an R&D Site Director, Sabine has been at the forefront of regulatory interactions with the FDA, EMA, China and Japan authorities.

Through Leclercq Biopharma Consulting, she now supports biotech and pharmaceutical companies across the full CMC value chain, from candidate selection to product launch and lifecycle management.
