Caroline Marlot

Caroline has been Finance & Administration Director at Quality Assistance since October 2025.
In this role, she oversees Accounting, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Sales Administration, Controlling, and Procurement, ensuring the robustness of the company’s financial and administrative operations.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management Sciences, specialised in Finance and Controlling, from UMONS. This academic background supports a strong analytical approach to financial management, performance monitoring and decision support.
Caroline joined Quality Assistance in 2021 as Sales Associate, before progressing to Business Excellence Manager, where she worked across sales support, controlling and procurement. These roles gave her a transversal understanding of the company’s operations, financial drivers and internal processes.

Prior to joining Quality Assistance, she built solid experience in audit, finance, controlling, supply chain and customer service within international organisations. She began her career at EY, where she spent nearly five years as a Financial Auditor, before holding several finance and management positions at Bemis and Amcor in industrial environments.

As Finance & Administration Director, Caroline contributes to aligning financial performance, operational efficiency and governance, supporting Quality Assistance’s sustainable growth.
