General Terms & Conditions of Sale

Quotations, projects and other documents issued or proposed by us will always remain our property.
They therefore cannot be copied, communicated or executed without our prior written authorisation.
We can, at any time, demand their restitution without any justification.

All orders are placed in writing; they cannot be withdrawn by the customer without our written agreement.
The customer cannot modify his/her initial order in any way without prior written approval from our company.

This time limit is given for information only and is not legally binding.

We must be notified of any complaint concerning the invoice and/or work outsourced to us within 30 days of receipt of invoice at the latest, otherwise the complaint will not be taken into consideration.
Absence of communication from the customer during this time implies acceptance and renders any reclamation or contestation inadmissible.
Any further request for complementary analyses will be dealt with in a separate quotation and a further invoice.

Our invoices are payable within 60 days of date of invoice.
Payment is made at our head office or by bank transfer to one of the accounts given in the invoice.
In addition, if an invoice remains unpaid, even partially, eight days after formal notice has been given by registered post, the sum outstanding will be increased by a contractual indemnity of 10% for damages and interest with a minimum of 250 euros.
In case of recovery regarding an invoice by legal proceedings, the customer will also be liable for all legal fees.

For any contestation between our company and the customer, including any action or injunction brought to court, is within the exclusive competence of the Courts of Charleroi.
We nevertheless reserve the right to forgo the benefit of this clause.
