Our internal Stock Exchange system

We have implemented an innovative system that allows employees to become shareholders. Each year, they can buy or sell shares based on a valuation formula derived from financial indicators reflecting the company’s performance.
In 2025, 18% of our staff participated in this system, strengthening their involvement in corporate governance and their understanding of our results and development projects. This mechanism encourages a corporate culture based on transparency and accountability.
