Geneviève Kahn
Geneviève has been People and Sustainability Director at Quality Assistance since April 2024.
She leads the Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communication, Training and People & Care teams and coordinates the company’s ESG initiatives, with a strong emphasis on project management and the continuous improvement of people and organisational processes.
She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Université Catholique de Louvain and has completed advanced training in change management (UCL – Louvain School of Management (LSM)), professional coaching (ICF – ACC) and is a certified MBTI practitioner. Her academic background and continuous professional development demonstrate a strong expertise in people development, leadership and organisational transformation, supported by a structured approach to process design and project governance.
Geneviève brings over 25 years of experience in human resources and organisational development, acquired in both consulting and corporate environments. She has held senior HR and leadership roles in a wide range of sectors, including industry, healthcare, and services, with a consistent focus on HR strategy, talent and competency management, leadership development, and change management, as well as the management of complex, cross-functional projects and processes. Geneviève is also actively engaged in the associative sector, reflecting a strong commitment to societal impact and collective engagement.
As People and Sustainability Director, she contributes to aligning people strategy, learning, communication, and sustainability, supporting Quality Assistance’s long-term performance while fostering a responsible and people-centred organisational culture
