Jean-Pol Dolata

As Technics Director, Jean-Pol is responsible for the Facilities and the Equipment Qualification teams, ensuring reliable, compliant and efficient technical operations within a pharmaceutical analytical sciences environment.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Electrical Engineering with focus on Electronics, from the Institut Supérieur Industriel Catholique du Hainaut. He also completed additional training in Management Information Systems, enabling him to effectively align technology, infrastructure and operational performance.

Jean-Pol joined Quality Assistance in 1996 within the IT department, marking the start of a long-standing career within the organisation. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of the company, its technical environment and its operational requirements.

He has also played a central role in the coordination and supervision of major company expansion projects, including the physical extension of the original building and the development of a new facility, supporting the organisation’s long-term growth and infrastructure strategy.
