Michel Marlot

Michel has been Business Development Director at Quality Assistance since January 2019. He is responsible for the company’s commercial development and contributes to building long-term partnerships supporting Quality Assistance’s growth.

He holds a master degree in engineering from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons (BELGIUM) and a degree in Economics from FUCAM (Belgium). This combined technical and business background supports a pragmatic and structured approach to business development.

Michel brings over 30 years of experience in industrial and managerial environments. He spent more than two decades at Industeel Belgium (FAFER) ending as Site Director, followed by several general management and interim management roles, where he developed strong expertise in operations, team leadership and performance optimisation.

As Business Development Director, Michel supports the alignment between Quality Assistance’s scientific expertise, client needs, and long-term strategic objectives.
