Nathalie Draux

Professional Background
Nathalie has been CEO of Quality Assistance since 2023, succeeding his father, one of the company’s founder. Since joining the family business in 2001, she has held a range of operational and strategic roles across R&D, quality assurance and business development, enabling her to gain solid hands-on expertise before being appointed Director of Operations in 2016.

Additional Expertise
She holds several key positions on boards of directors, notably at the Grand Hôpital de Charleroi (GHdC), Sambrinvest and essenscia Wallonia and sits on the advisory board of BNP Paribas Fortis.

Education
She holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences specialisasing in Industrial Pharmacy (Qualified Person), from the University of Louvain (UCL-Belgium). She also completed an accelerated management programme at Vlerick Business School in 2015.
