Professional Background:
Philippe Draux is one of the two founders of Quality Assistance. He led the company for four decades, from 1982 until the end of 2022, transforming a specialised quality control lab into a global strategic partner for drug development. At the end of 2022, he handed over the general management of the company to his daughter, Nathalie Draux. While remaining actively involved in the company, he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

His expertise is rooted in a long-term vision of the healthcare sector and characterised by constant investment in facility lab infrastructure, cutting-edge technologies and the recruitment of highly qualified scientific talent to support the company’s growth while ensuring full compliance with international regulatory standards (GxP).

Education:
He holds a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and two certificates in drug analysis and in pharmaceutical information with a specialisation in Industrial Pharmacy (Qualified Person), from the University of Louvain (UCLouvain). He was appointed as a scientific expert in the pharmaceutical field for the Belgian Ministry of Justice.
