What is the Pharma Academy?
By equipping a growing number of employees with strong foundational scientific skills, our Academy ensures long‑term operational reliability and supports Quality Assistance’s capacity to meet increasing industry demand.
Our Academy is designed to:
- Structure and deliver technical and GxP training for all employees
- Ensure consistent pharmaceutical knowledge across all roles and functions
- Support onboarding and continuous development of both new and experienced staff
- Align internal expertise with the evolving needs of our clients
Its 650+ m² infrastructure includes three dedicated training laboratories (physico‑chemical, molecular biology and cell‑based assays), an onboarding room, multipurpose classrooms and an auditorium, providing a complete environment for hands‑on and theoretical learning
