As Marketing & Communications Assistant, you will play a hands-on, operational role in shaping how Quality Assistance is recognised across Europe and beyond. Through sharp content, creative visuals and well-executed campaigns, you will strengthen our brand, support business growth and help position us as both a trusted partner in analytical sciences and as an employer of choice. Your key responsibilities

Here's what you'll be in charge of:

  • Create and update print and digital communication materials aligned with brand guidelines (brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, web and social media content)
  • Contribute to producing and adapting content in French and English for multiple channels, covering services, expertise, innovations and employer branding initiatives
  • Take part in developing visual and multimedia content including photography, image editing, video recording and editing
  • Support internal communication initiatives to strengthen engagement across teams
  • Update website content via a CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and optimal user experience
  • Manage marketing and recruitment campaigns by tracking performance indicators and optimising results
  • Support the organisation and promotion of internal and external events, from preparation to post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate external partners and suppliers for communication materials, promotional items and event logistics
  • Monitor marketing and communication trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Skills you'll need to bring

To succeed in this role, you'll demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of video editing and animation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Ability to adapt messages across multiple formats (print, video, web, social media)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate concepts into clear visual content
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and excellent written French
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools and KPI analysis
  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and productivity is an asset
