As our analytical activities continue to expand, we are building a talent pool of Capillary Electrophoresis specialists to support future opportunities within our laboratories.
Capillary Electrophoresis provides critical information on the quality, consistency and stability of biopharmaceutical products throughout their development. By generating reliable analytical data, you'll contribute to the scientific evidence that supports regulatory submissions and informs important project decisions.
Working in a hands-on laboratory environment, you'll spend more than 60% of your time at the bench, applying your expertise to generate accurate results, investigate analytical questions and support pharmaceutical projects from development through to regulatory submission. Ultimately, the quality of your work helps bring safe and effective treatments closer to the patients who need them.
Your key responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll take ownership of:
- Prepare standard solutions required for analysis
- Perform analytical testing using Capillary Electrophoresis
- Execute routine analyses based on established methods and protocols
- Transfer, develop or validate analytical methods according to project needs
- Review raw data in line with quality requirements
- Interpret results and write analytical reports and associated scientific documentation
- Manage stability studies
Skills you'll need to bring
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Scientific degree - Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD level
- Strong technical expertise in Capillary Electrophoresis on PA800, Maurice platforms
- Knowledge of liquid chromatography HPLC / (U)HPLC is a plus
- Practical and theoretical understanding of analytical methods including transfer, development and validation
- Experience with software such as Empower
- Working experience in a regulated environment
- Fluency in French and good scientific writing skills in English
