How could one evening at our company help shape your next career move?

For Philippe, Christophe and Arnaud, attending our Discovery Evening was an opportunity to see the company from the inside, meet the people behind the work and get a better sense of what a career here would look like.

They each arrived with different questions and expectations. Today, they are all part of the team!

Different reasons to come

For Philippe, Scientist, the timing was particularly relevant. As he was approaching the end of his PhD, he started thinking about what could come next.
"I wanted to discover the company from the inside and have the opportunity to speak directly with employees, particularly laboratory staff."

Christophe, Analyst, was interested in discovering our facilities and learning more about the pharmaceutical sector and our analytical techniques.

For Arnaud, Technician, the situation was different. Still studying at the time, he had discovered Quality Assistance through a company presentation at HELHa. He wasn't looking for a specific job yet. He was simply curious.
"I didn't really know what I wanted to do yet, but I was interested in the pharmaceutical sector."

Seeing us from the inside

To all three, the laboratories and facilities made an impression, but so did the people.

For Philippe, this was one of the things that stood out most:
"The human side of the company became even more apparent during the evening."

Arnaud discovered the size of our teams while experiencing its close-knit atmosphere. It was particularly reassuring:
"I realised that it was a 'big company', but where everyone knows each other. That reassured me."

And then?

The Discovery Evening became one step in a longer journey.

After attending the event, Arnaud returned to his studies with us in mind.
"After that evening, I finished my studies thinking that I would try to join Quality Assistance."

His interest in the pharmaceutical sector, our location and the positive experience of someone he knew all contributed to his decision.

For Philippe, the appeal was closely connected to the kind of work environment he was looking for: a position where he could thrive and do something he genuinely enjoyed.

In both cases, the event became part of a broader process, one that eventually led them to us.
