As an Administrative Assistant in our GMP environment, you will play a central role in helping laboratory managers, the Project Management team and the COO stay organised and efficient. Your contribution will ensure that information is accurate, processes remain compliant so that teams can focus on what matters most: supporting the development of medicines that may improve patients’ lives. Through your attention to detail and organisational skills, you will help create a smooth and reliable working environment across several departments.
Your key responsibilities
Here's what you will take ownership of:
- Provide daily administrative, logistical and operational support to our COO, Project Management team and laboratory managers
- Maintain structured records, databases and filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, internal procedures and process consistency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working
Skills you'll need to bring
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative studies or equivalent training
- Experience in an administrative role within a GMP environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Initiative in day-to-day work and problem-solving capability
- Autonomous working but with team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in French and minimum B1 in English (reading and writing)
