Your key responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll take ownership of:

  • Lead a team of Scientists, Analysts and Technicians
  • Support the development of team members and encourage knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate laboratory activities to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Prioritise resources according to operational needs
  • Provide guidance on scientific and operational challenges
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures
  • Support the implementation of new technologies, methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve scientific and operational objectives

Skills you'll need to bring

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Master's degree, PhD or equivalent experience in Life Sciences
  • At least 5 years of experience in an analytical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or similar laboratory environment
  • For Team Leader Physico-Chemistry: strong expertise in HPLC, UPLC and related physico-chemical laboratory techniques
  • For Team Leader Bioassay: strong expertise in bioassay activities, with solid knowledge of cell culture and molecular and cellular biology techniques
  • Strong leadership skills with a genuine interest in supporting and developing people
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in French
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level), including the ability to write scientific documents, reports, protocols and emails, and to participate in professional discussions
