- Team Leader Bioassay

Your key responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll take ownership of:
- Lead a team of Scientists, Analysts and Technicians
- Support the development of team members and encourage knowledge sharing
- Coordinate laboratory activities to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Prioritise resources according to operational needs
- Provide guidance on scientific and operational challenges
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory procedures
- Support the implementation of new technologies, methodologies and best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve scientific and operational objectives
Skills you'll need to bring
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Master's degree, PhD or equivalent experience in Life Sciences
- At least 5 years of experience in an analytical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or similar laboratory environment
- For Team Leader Physico-Chemistry: strong expertise in HPLC, UPLC and related physico-chemical laboratory techniques
- For Team Leader Bioassay: strong expertise in bioassay activities, with solid knowledge of cell culture and molecular and cellular biology techniques
- Strong leadership skills with a genuine interest in supporting and developing people
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Fluency in French
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level), including the ability to write scientific documents, reports, protocols and emails, and to participate in professional discussions
