Quality Assistance chairs the 7th Polepharma Biotesting Congress

This year, Arnaud Delobel, our R&D and Innovation Director, chairs the 7th Polepharma Biotesting Congress, held on 10–11 June 2026 in Evreux. As one of the very few European events entirely dedicated to biotesting, the congress brings together the analytical, quality control and bioproduction communities. This is the first time a Belgian company has been entrusted with the chairmanship, a signal of the congress's growing European dimension.

A programme focused on innovation and AI

This year's theme, "Reinventing Biotesting: innovation, AI and excellence at the heart of the transformation", reflects the rapid evolution of the sector.

The programme is built around four sessions:

  • Analytical strategy in product developability (CQAs, forced degradation, AQbD)
  • Innovative analytical methods, including AlphaLISA and mass photometry
  • Product biosafety (extractables & leachables, CCIT, cleaning validation)
  • Applied AI, covering PAT, AlphaFold and lab digitalisation

A premium session on CAR-T cell testing and a round table on evolving skills in biotesting and bioproduction complete the agenda.

A long-standing partnership with Polepharma

We have been involved in the Polepharma Biotesting Congress since its second edition in 2021, contributing continuously to the programme committee. This ongoing engagement allows our company to share its experience gained on complex and diverse analytical projects, while building a strong network of experts across the French-speaking biopharma community.

Experts engaged in the wider scientific community

Chairing the Polepharma Biotesting Congress is one illustration of the broader scientific involvement of our experts, who also contribute to several key working groups shaping analytical sciences for biologics: the Ph. Eur. MAB and NANO Working Parties, the A3P "Biotherapy Processes" and “Statistics” Expert Groups (GIC), the SFSTP working group on stability studies, and the scientific committee of the MabDesign Bioproduction Conference.
