Last night, we received the Wallonia International Business Award – Special Jury Prize 2026, in recognition of our international development and our contribution to bringing Walloon expertise and know-how beyond Belgium.
It reflects the way we have developed our company over the years: staying anchored in Wallonia while partnering with clients around the world.
Quality Assistance was built in Wallonia and we have made a deliberate choice to continue building from here. Today, our 280 colleagues work together on a single site in Thuin, while 65% of our revenue comes from export markets.
Our laboratories are in Thuin, but our impact goes much further
Every day, our teams collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotech companies developing innovative medicines and emerging therapies. We help them generate the analytical evidence required to demonstrate the quality, safety and efficacy of their products, supporting their progress from development through to regulatory submission and beyond.
Keeping our expertise, technologies and teams together on a single site allows us to approach these programmes with the same scientific rigour and collaborative mindset, regardless of where our clients are based.
Behind every project is a shared objective: helping innovative therapies move one step closer to the patients.

Growing internationally, investing here
Our international presence continues to expand. We are strengthening our activities in key European markets, particularly the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region, while taking a more proactive approach to developing our presence in the United States.
At the same time, we continue to invest in Thuin. In our laboratories and technologies, of course, but also in the people behind them. The expansion of our site through MITOSE has doubled our operational capacity, while initiatives such as our Pharma Academy help us develop expertise across our teams.
For us, the two go hand in hand: growing internationally while continuing to strengthen our capabilities here in Wallonia. That is why this award means so much.
As Nathalie Draux, our CEO, said when asked about receiving the Special Jury Prize: "We think we know what we are worth, but the truth lies in the opinion of others. It puts a spotlight on the company at a pivotal moment."
