Comprehensive immune profiling with four multiparametric flow cytometry panels
Understanding immune responses is essential in clinical research, whether for monitoring immune reconstitution, evaluating immunomodulatory therapies, or identifying biomarkers associated with cancer, inflammatory conditions, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. To support these applications, we have developed a comprehensive immunophenotyping approach based on four complementary multiparametric flow cytometry panels, enabling in-depth characterisation of immune cell populations from cryopreserved PBMCs.
In this poster, we present our modular flow cytometry platform, combining a qualified global immune profiling panel with dedicated panels for T/NKT cells, B cells, and innate immune populations. Together, these panels provide robust and reproducible immune profiling for clinical research and immunomonitoring applications.
