MALDI-TOF autoflex maX
The MALDI-TOF autoflex maX is a matrix-assisted laser desorption ionisation mass spectrometer with tandem Time-of-Flight (TOF/TOF) technology from Bruker. It is designed for fast analysis of complex samples, combining high resolution, wide mass range and advanced MS/MS capabilities.

Applications
The MALDI-TOF autoflex maX is used for molecular weight determination of monoclonal antibodies, antibody–drug conjugates, oligonucleotides, peptides and vaccines. It also supports N‑ and O‑glycan profiling and peptide mapping of monoclonal antibodies, as well as the analysis of heterogeneous compounds such as PEGylated proteins and polymers.
