MauriceFlex
The MauriceFlex system is a capillary electrophoresis instrument designed for precise charge variant fractionation using imaged-capillary isoelectric focusing (icIEF). This equipment enables MS‑compatible fraction collection for downstream analytical workflows. It combines icIEF, CE-SDS, and fluorescence-based detection to support detailed protein characterisation.

Applications / Use cases
MauriceFlex supports identification of charge variants by intact LC‑MS, localisation of modifications through peptide mapping (including deamidation, glycation, sialylation), and potency assays on individual charge variants.
