At Quality Assistance, we firmly believe that employee well-being is one of the keys to professional fulfilment. As part of our WeCareWeAct programme, we offer free weekly fitness classed, right in the workplace.
A wellness routine built into the workday
Every week, our team members can join up to 8 sessions, with a variety of disciplines suited to all levels:
- Functional training to strengthen the body in a balanced and holistic way
- Pilates to improve posture, flexibility and breathing
- Muscle awakening to gently energise the body and start the day right
All sessions are led by Séverine, a certified sports physiotherapist and personal trainer, with specialist expertise in functional workouts and Pilates. Her expertise and supportive approach help everyone progress at their own pace in a motivating and friendly atmosphere.

To suit different lifestyles and preferences, sessions are offered in the morning, at lunchtime, or after work:
- Morning sessions: the perfect way to kickstart your day, energise your body and mind, and arrive at work feeling refreshed
- Lunchtime sessions: a revitalising break to reset, release tension, and return to work with renewed focus
- Evening sessions: ideal for winding down after a busy day, relaxing muscles, and heading home feeling calm and balanced
