Nathalie, our CEO, had the pleasure of being nominated for Manager of the Year by Trends Tendances magazine.

A call we received a few weeks ago announced Nathalie's nomination for Manager of the Year by Trends Tendances magazine. In concrete terms, the magazine identifies and selects a list of influential managers in Belgium, based on criteria such as leadership, the economic impact of their company, innovation and strategic vision.

While the news was still under embargo and pending the official announcement in the magazine and on social media, we stood ready to provide our full support to Nathalie.

Who are the other nominees, and will we make a difference? During our large-scale projects, is this the right time? Nathalie quickly put aside her questions with one idea in mind: ‘This recognition, this spotlight, belongs first and foremost to the Team!’, the team she has been masterfully leading for almost four years.

Inside Nathalie’s World

Two weeks later, Nathalie welcomed a journalist and photographer from Trends-Tendances for an interview and photo shoot to be featured in an article in the magazine. These portraits give readers and the jury an inside look at the candidates' backgrounds and achievements. The exercise is not always easy, but she played along with her usual professionalism and rigour.

From today until 21 November 2025 at 11:59 p.m., the public can vote for their favourite candidate among the five nominated managers.

This vote is a key stage in the competition: it allows the public to express their preference and actively participate in selecting the Manager of the Year. We are counting on you! Every vote can lead Nathalie to success!

From governance to green transition: what the jury will assess

Once voting closes, Nathalie will proudly represent us in December before a jury of professionals. The panel will meet with all candidates to evaluate their stance on key criteria to determine the winner:
• The way in which the company integrates corporate governance rules
• The manager's ability to apply management techniques
• The company's financial results (profitability, solvency, cash flow, investments, etc.)
• The company's positioning in its sector
• The manager's positioning within the company
• The approach to green transition, actions aimed at reducing the company's environmental impact, those aimed at digital transition, and actions taken to promote diversity.

After interviewing all nominees, the panel will cast its vote to elect the Manager of the Year, combining public preferences with insights from the individual interviews.
The results will be revealed on 7 January 2026 during an official ceremony at Brussels Expo.

We are keeping our fingers crossed for her, and whatever the outcome of the competition, Quality Assistance and Nathalie have already won... as a team!
